At Glorious by Lola, every experience is crafted with care, precision, and intention. We want each guest to leave feeling renewed, radiant, and cared for — both in spirit and in service.

Because skincare is highly personalized and results vary, we’ve created this policy to ensure clarity and fairness while maintaining the quality of care you deserve.

Services

All Glorious Skin Rituals, Radiance Recharge Rituals, Brows + Lashes, Waxing, and Enhancement services are non-refundable once performed.

If you experience a reaction or concern after your visit, please reach out within 48 hours so we can provide support, recommendations, or a follow-up treatment adjustment.

Products

To protect the integrity and safety of our skincare products, we can only offer exchanges for:

  • Unopened, unused items in their original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional services are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or cash exchange.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are reserved especially for you.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
