Booking and Apointments

Appointments can be booked through the online scheduling system or by directly contacting the studio.

A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services.
Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

Glorious by Lola accepts major credit/debit cards and digital payments.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices at the time of booking will be honored.
Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotional discounts and codes are valid only for the period stated and may not be combined with other offers.
Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of skincare services, all treatments are non-refundable.

Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
