Cancellation Policy

Booking Appointments All appointments can be booked online or directly through the studio. To help me curate the best experience for every guest, please book in advance whenever possible. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice. Late Arrivals To honor the next guest’s time, appointments that begin late may be shortened to ensure services stay on schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a no-show. Thank you for respecting the rhythm of the studio—it allows me to pour my best energy into every treatment.
